Job Title: Sales Executive
Sales Opportunity in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with expertise in refrigeration and air conditioning systems to make a real impact in a high-demand industry.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a strong understanding of HVAC, Air Conditioning and / or Refrigeration systems, excellent business development skills, and the ability to close large-scale commercial deals.
This role may also suit someone with a technical career history, possibly from the service and maintenance divisions of a Refrigeration or HVAC contractor, who has a desire to move into sales. It may also suit similar individuals coming from a Mechanical and Electrical or FM background.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the refrigeration, air conditioning, service and maintenance sectors, focusing on large commercial clients.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
* Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, offering personalized service and solutions tailored to their needs.
* Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in refrigeration and air conditioning, as well as competitor activities, to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
* Sales Reporting: Use existing CRM system to manage daily activities and report regularly to Sales Director on progress against goals.
* Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and final closure. Ensure smooth transition to the contracts team for project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally within the HVAC, Refrigeration or Air Conditioning sectors, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, Refrigeration and air conditioning Systems, including design, installation and maintenance etc
* Ability to generate new business, as well as manage and grow existing client relationships.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong business acumen and a customer-centric approach.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software.
* Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
