Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers in a professional, friendly manner and manage their service journey.
Accurately schedule and book vehicles for service, maintenance, or repairs.
Act as a liaison between customers and the workshop team, ensuring clear communication of required work, timelines, and costs.
Prepare accurate service documentation, estimates, and invoices.
Provide proactive updates to customers and ensure timely follow-up calls.
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty levels.
Support the Aftersales Manager in the efficient daily running of the service department.
Ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and in line with BYD standards.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Administrator, or in a customer service role.
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and confident handling administrative tasks.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Positive, customer-first attitude with a collaborative team spirit.
