About the Role
Comer Group Ireland is recruiting an experienced and motivated Finishing Foreman to assist in the delivery of a major high‑rise residential development with an underground car park in South Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee finishing and general construction works to ensure compliance with design specifications and schedules
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades personnel on site
* Enforce Health, Safety, and Welfare policies at all times
* Attend site management and planning meetings regularly
* Collaborate with the Finance team to manage procurement and maintain accurate records
* Monitor all works on site to ensure quality, compliance, and continuity
* Record hours worked and coordinate manpower reports with HR and Payroll departments
* Ensure plant and equipment are used and maintained properly
* Uphold the highest quality standards across all site activities
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in a Foreman role on large‑scale construction projects
* Background in residential and/or underground car park construction is highly desirable
* Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
* Ability to manage time and personnel effectively
* Proficiency in site administration and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
* Trade certification or a construction‑related degree
* First Aid and CIF Managing Safely in Construction certification
* Experience with high‑rise developments and underground structures
