Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, this role requires a candidate who is customer-focused, team-oriented, and thrives in a competitive sales environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer requests, increasing their awareness of our full product offerings, and enhancing our understanding of their business. This includes processing orders, enquiries, and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
Achieving sales volume and margin targets through up- and cross-selling on both incoming and outgoing calls is also a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will build solid, sustainable relationships with new and existing customers and related parties, track the performance of our competitors, and support our field-based Sales Representatives in pricing and processing orders in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrate the ability to grow our business and develop customer accounts
* Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets
* Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
* Show proficiency and experience in a similar sales/customer service role
* Working knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
