Mechanical Project ManagerLocation: Blarney, CorkSalary: €90,000 to €100,000 DOE + Company VehicleSector: Building Services ConstructionEmployment Type: PermanentRole OverviewA Mechanical Project Manager is required to oversee the delivery of mechanical building services packages on large-scale residential and commercial construction projects based in Blarney, Cork.The role will involve managing mechanical works from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.This position suits an experienced mechanical professional with strong installation and project delivery experience across residential or commercial developments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical building services projects from award through to completionCoordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient project deliveryMonitor programme, progress and resource requirements across mechanical worksManage project costs, variations and commercial performance alongside commercial teamsEnsure installations meet project specifications, quality standards and client requirementsLiaise with consultants, design teams and client representativesOversee testing, commissioning and final handover of mechanical systemsMaintain high standards of health, safety and quality across projectsRequirementsDegree or trade background in Mechanical Engineering or Building ServicesProven experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager within a mechanical or M&E contractorStrong experience delivering large-scale residential or commercial projectsProficient across mechanical services including LPHW systems, heat recovery ventilation, underfloor heating, boiler installations, air-to-water heat pumps, BMS integration, plant installation, pre-insulated pipework and air conditioning systemsStrong understanding of mechanical installation and commissioning processesExcellent organisational and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple workstreams within live construction environmentsPackageSalary €90,000 to €100,000 depending on experienceCompany vehicle providedAdditional benefits discussed at interview stage
