Shopfitting Contracts Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Shopfitting Contracts Manager to join our team as part of a strategic succession plan. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in shopfitting or interior fit-out for city centre and urban retail projects, hold a trade and/or technical qualification, possess strong commercial acumen with the ability to support estimating and tendering, and demonstrate a proven track record in project delivery and successful final account closure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on the coordination and delivery of shopfitting contracts across multiple projects simultaneously
* Develop and implement effective project plans ensuring timely completion and within budget
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of contracts
* Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team in developing their skills and knowledge
