You will monitor the performance of equipment, machinery and tools, taking action to resolve issues that impact product quality, yield, or compliance.
You will also work closely with research and development teams to integrate new products and processes into the manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Lead workforce planning by identifying resource needs, preparing justifications, gaining approvals, and managing recruitment in partnership with HR.
Develop and support team members through training, coaching, setting challenging objectives, and managing performance reviews.
Oversee daily operations, providing clear direction to supervisors, skilled employees, and professional staff to achieve project and production goals.

Strong organisational and planning abilities, with experience managing budgets and resources.
Confident decision-maker who can manage day-to-day operations while aligning with wider business goals.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, while providing guidance and support to your team.
What's on Offer
A collaborative and forward-thinking environment where your input will help shape production success.
Opportunities for professional growth and career development.
The chance to lead a motivated team in a dynamic and regulated manufacturing setting.
