to appoint a Head of
HR Business Partnering
into a
brand-new senior leadership structure
. You'll work directly with a newly appointed Head of HR in a
true build-from-scratch role
— shaping culture, building capability, and driving best-in-class HR
.

You'll lead a
team of 4 HR professionals
, supporting a workforce of
800–900 employees
across multiple sites — with the autonomy to design structure, drive transformation and make your mark.
This role is based in
west Dublin
and is hybrid, three days onsite with huge flexibility on start and finish times
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic HR Leadership
* Partner with senior leadership to deliver the people agenda aligned to the 2026 strategy
* Play a key role in organisational design, workforce planning and large-scale change
* Act as a trusted advisor across complex operational and commercial environments
People & ER Excellence
* Lead and develop a high-performing HR team
* Own complex ER in a unionised environment with confidence, balance and commerciality
* Build robust policies, frameworks and HR governance across multi-site operations
Talent, Performance & Culture
* Coach leaders on performance management, capability building and succession
* Drive engagement, culture and employee experience initiatives at scale
* Partner closely with operations, supply chain, retail leadership and L&D
Data, Insight & Impact
* Use people data and workforce insights to shape strategy and decision-making
* Identify trends, risks and opportunities across a large operational workforce
REQUIREMENTS
* 10+ years' HR experience
in large, fast-paced, operational organisations
* Background in
supply chain, logistics, retail, manufacturing or multi-site environments
* Strong unionised ER background
* Proven leadership experience managing HR teams
* Commercial, decisive and highly credible with senior stakeholders
* Ambitious, progressive and excited by building, shaping and transforming
REMUNERATION
* €90,000 – €110,000 base + strong bonus & benefits
