The Role:
Advise on structured finance and capital markets matters including CLOs, RMBS, CMBS, and other securitisation structures.
Act for leading international financial institutions, arrangers, originators, and asset managers.
Support the execution of complex structured products such as fund-linked notes, repackagings, and lending platforms.
Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including offering circulars, loan agreements, and security documentation.
Collaborate with cross-jurisdictional teams on multi-disciplinary mandates across the finance practice.
The Person:
Qualified Solicitor with
3–5 years' PQE
in structured finance, debt capital markets, or a related area.
Background gained from a top-tier law firm in Ireland, the UK, or an equivalent international practice.
Excellent drafting and analytical skills with strong commercial acumen.
A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
