About the Role
The SME Targeted Review Programme has been established to address urgent regulatory findings relating to the SME Lending Book. The programme spans multiple Divisions and Domains. Delivery involves multiple platforms and technology teams, including the nCino platform, Locus on MS Dynamics, EDW and EDL, SAP BS9, and IFRS9. Workstreams are already mobilized and engaging with their respective delivery teams.
The Program Test Manager will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the successful delivery of all testing activities working across Domains, Tribes, Squads, and vendor partners.
Qualifications & Required Skills
* 15+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years as Product Owner.
* Agile/Scrum Certification (CSPO/PSPO/SafePO/PM).
* Extensive experience in managing Product Backlog and Development teams/squads.
* Track record of delivering complex projects through agile process.
* Exceptional Communicational Skills (both verbal and written).
* Background in Transact system will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
* Background in Financial Services/Banking domain in Ireland/UK markets.
