We are seeking a highly organised and experienced GP Practice Manager to oversee the effective delivery of patient services, day-to-day administrative operations, and strategic business functions within a busy General Practice. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice.
* Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols.
* Act as a key liaison between GPs, Nurses, Administrative and Reception staff, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
* Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision.
* Maintain strong financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
* Oversee IT systems and internal communications, ensuring effective use of technology.
* Handle patient feedback and complaints in a professional, compassionate, and timely manner.
* Uphold principles of confidentiality, privacy, and data security within all aspects of the practice.
* Ensure ongoing compliance with all statutory, legal, and healthcare regulations.
* Previous experience in a GP Management role is essential
* Excellent communication, leadership, organisational, and IT skills.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* In-depth understanding of the Irish healthcare system, particularly the GMS scheme and HSE processes.
* Ability to lead with professionalism, empathy, and a patient-first mindset.
