Responsibilities
* As part of the Supply Chain Product Management team, this individual will be the supply chain lead on New Product Development projects and support multi-functional teams through launch execution.
* Design and develop optimized supply chain strategies for complex global programs and lead teams through standardized launch management processes, ensuring strong accountability.
* Demonstrate strong program management capabilities and launch management expertise to drive end-to-end value, collaborating with Commercial, R&D, and Supply Chain partners.
* As a Supply Network Planner, provide leadership to orchestrate the end-to-end supply chain for the delivery of large global New Product Introduction programs.
* Lead multi-functional teams through standardized launch management tools and processes to deliver launch execution and achieve overall business objectives for the program.
* Drive the supply chain readiness process ensuring strong functional accountability.
* Identify gaps in existing business processes and drive improvement initiatives to address.
* Design the end-to-end value chain for new products, ensuring alignment with key business partners and strategies.
* Communicate to partners across multiple levels of the organization.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, quality or related discipline
* Two (2) years of work experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, or quality function
* Strong communication and influencing skills
* Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience preferred
* Experience leading projects and cross-functional teams preferred
* Experience interacting with suppliers and working in a regulated environment preferred
* Up to 10% domestic and international travel
