The Role
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Advisor, based in Ballybrit Galway. However, you can work remotely, autonomously and flexibly, managing your diary and time to suit you and your client's needs. It will be suitable for a highly motivated proactive individual who is able to work independently and will be responsible for building their own bank of clients along with providing service and back up to existing clients.
A rewards based package with a generous start up training allowance provided in the first year, you can subsequently earn 100% of all initial and trail commissions generated along with building up an equity stake in the business.
You will be responsible for providing professional financial advice to individuals, families and business owners focusing across Retirement Planning (both pre and post retirement), investment strategies, Protection, Inheritance Tax Planning and Savings.
We will provide the successful candidate with all the in-house support they require- managing compliance, exam registration, underwriting follow up, administrative issues - allowing you the adviser to focus on the key area of developing business.
You will be provided with an existing client bank, leads from existing client streams, referrals and you will also be provided with the support to undertake pro-active business development to generate your own leads.
Day to Day Tasks Will Involve
* Booking appointments
* Providing Professional best advice to clients on a broad range of financial needs, with the support of a wider team.
* Providing ongoing service and dealing with queries as they arise.
* Building outstanding client rapport to generate future business.
* Complying with all internal and external regulatory requirements.
