We are presently recruiting for a Grade III clerical officer to work in our offices in Dingle and Tralee, County Kerry.
Job Description

* Provide administrative support in a busy office environment interacting with service users and ensuring that services records are fully up to date.
* Perform data entry tasks and assist in all aspects of payroll for staff.
* Play a vital role in ensuring services run efficiently by maintaining accurate up to date records filing systems and records (computerised / paper copy).
Responsibilities:

* Manage relevant documentation / procedures as relevant.
* Manage data – including maintaining, correcting, collating, interrogating, validating and processing data.
* Assist in and / or prepare reports as necessary.
* Provide required information and support to Service Managers and teams, team members, clients, patients, members of the public etc.
* Action all communications in a timely manner.
* Undertake any other administrative support and assignments as directed.
* Represent the Service in a positive manner.
* Ensure that service users are treated with dignity and respect.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum of three years' experience in Administration.
* Hold a minimum of leaving certificate or similar.
* Working knowledge of the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) Standards.
