We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Enterprise Mobility team as a Graduate Management Trainee.
Main Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with diverse customers.
* Sales and Marketing: Develop strong relationships with local business partners and drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies.
* Financial Control and Profitability: Gain a deep understanding of financial mechanics, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
* Operations and Logistics: Learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive operational performance.
* Leadership and Development: Take the lead in mentoring, training, and developing your own team.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable. A full manual driving licence for the Republic of Ireland, UK or EU is required, but we make accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
