Key Responsibilities
* Designing and coordinating activities tailored to resident needs
* Fostering effective communication with colleagues and residents
* Utilizing skills in cooking, gardening, knitting, music, arts and crafts (desirable)
Requirements
* Social care or healthcare qualification
* At least 3 years experience in care of the older person in a residential setting
