Job type: Part‑time 3 days a week (weekends and evenings), with view to permanency.
Probation period: 6‑month probationary period.
Hourly pay: €14.15 – €16.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Diary management: schedule appointments, assist patients with queries via phone, messages, and email, and back‑fill cancellations using the patient priority list.
Patient communication: conduct calls, maintain the messages and email inbox, and deliver 5‑star customer service by welcoming patients, checking them in and out, ensuring a comfortable, safe and enjoyable visit, and resolving concerns.
Team support: cover team member absences and occasionally an alternative location; travel and accommodation expenses are covered where necessary.
Ordering and cleanliness: keep the clinic clean and stocked, complete stock‑taking tasks, and provide order requirements to the manager.
Policy adherence: uphold and follow all policies and procedures, including safety measures (PPE), team relations and GDPR.
Ad‑hoc duties: handle opening and closing of the clinic and any reasonable tasks assigned.

Experience & Education
Customer service experience: 3+ years.
Clinic experience an advantage.
Experience with KPI’s desirable.
Leaving Certificate required.
Medical administration or dental nursing qualification an advantage.
