OverviewSourcing Manager - Facility Management - EuropeJoin Mondelēz International as a Sourcing Manager for Facility Management across Europe. This role is part of the Regional (MEU) Facility Management spend area team and is responsible for development and execution of the FM sourcing strategy across manufacturing plants in Europe.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and deployment of the Sourcing Strategy for all FM services across the area of ownershipBuild and manage the strategic plan for exceeding key deliverables in Productivity, Cash & Sustainability in FM services in EuropeOwn relations with Manufacturing Supply Chain teams and partner with external suppliers to develop, evolve and grow FM strategy in EuropeBe an active member of Mondelez MEU L&M Procurement – driving best practice sharing and strategy alignment across MDLZ businessPropose innovative solutions to increase efficiency for the MDLZ businessSupport peers and stakeholders as part of the FM services center of expertise (CoE) to purchase FM in the most efficient wayQualificationsIdeally 5+ years of experience in a Procurement environment2+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and risk managementStrong background in FM Sourcing or FM Operations preferredExperience in FMCG environment preferredBroad understanding of business operations and core Procurement areas (Spend Management, Category Management, Supplier Management)Strong leadership, organizational agility and stakeholder influencing skillsAbility to challenge the status quo, solve problems, and work under pressureResults-oriented with ability to set and deliver against stretch targetsAbility to interact effectively with senior leaders based on business prioritiesAbility to manage ambiguity in a complex, fluid environment with limited dataAutonomous, capable of developing and leading own agenda and decisionsFuture-focused mindset with curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions and innovationWhat you need to know about this positionLanguages: fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages (German, French) preferred but not essentialEducation/Certifications: Degree in Supply Chain, Law or Engineering (or equivalent)Job-specific requirements: Ideally based in Bournville, Birmingham; Slovakia, Bulgaria, Poland and Republic of Ireland consideredTravel: N/AWork schedule: 100%Relocation support: No relocation support availableEqual OpportunityMondelēz International is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation or preference, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.If you require support to complete your application or during the interview process, please contact the recruiter.
