We are the exclusive Irish distributor for Alter Ego Italy and Echosline, and we also supply a wide range of premium brands including Procare, Framar, Leader Scissors, Gama,Vezzosi Salon Furniture, Perfect Beauty, Sinelco, and more.
We are a fast-growing company passionate about helping salons develop, innovate, and succeed. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Salon Business Consultant to join our team.
Job Summary
The Salon Business Consultant will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of salon accounts, building long-term relationships, and driving sales across our exclusive and premium brands. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the salon industry.
Territory one: Mayo, Galway, Donegal, Leitrim, Sligo, Roscommon, Longford, Cavan
Territory two: Westmeath, Offaly, Kildare, Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a portfolio of salon clients within your region
* Promote and grow our exclusive brands—Alter Ego Italy and Echosline
* Present and sell our full product range (Procare, Framar, Leader, Vezzosi, Perfect Beauty, Sinelco, etc.)
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Provide business support and advice to salon owners, including retail planning and growth strategies
* Conduct regular salon visits, product training, and business consultations
* Launch new product ranges and support in-store merchandising
* Maintain accurate CRM notes and sales reports
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
What We're Looking For
* Experience in salon sales, hair & beauty distribution, or salon management/ownership
* Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record in sales or business development
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
* An excellent hairdresser with the ability to demonstrate colour etc would be an advantage, but not essential.
* Ability to work independently, plan your schedule, and manage your territory effectively
* You need to be computer literate to use our ERP and CRM system effectively.
* A passion for the hair and beauty industry
* Full clean driving licence
