Job Title: Human Resource Information Systems Manager
The ideal candidate will work closely with the HR team, IT, and key stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of the HRIS project.
This role involves:
* Leading the implementation of a new human resource information system (HRIS) by working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
* Reviewing current HR processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements.
* Ensuring data migration is carried out smoothly, maintaining data integrity and compliance throughout the process.
* Developing and delivering system training materials for HR staff, managers, and employees.
* Collaborating with the HR team to integrate system functionality with existing HR policies and practices.
* Ensuring that system configuration aligns with business needs, including reporting and permissions.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for the HRIS vendor and managing issue resolution and change requests.
* Providing post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance.
