Overview As a Field Service Engineer, you will serve as the direct liaison between our organization and customers. This role requires collaboration with customers to install, maintain, and upgrade complex equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer/field service support or a related technical field. They should be able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, diagnose basic technical challenges, and possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. * Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of Applied Materials equipment ensuring compliance with technical specifications. * Use digital analytics for troubleshooting purposes. * Apply diagnostic techniques to assess equipment issues. * Coordinate directly with customers regarding operations and service delivery.
