Key Responsibilities

Car Sales
Establish strong relationships with customers, offering outstanding service and expertise on CUPRA models.
Conduct test drives and provide detailed information on vehicle features and benefits.
Handle negotiations, including pricing, trade-ins, and financing options.
Consistently meet and surpass individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) certification.
Demonstrated success in business management, preferably within the motor industry.
Proven track record in car sales, with a strong understanding of customer preferences.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A results‑driven mindset with a commitment to delivering top‑tier customer service.
A valid driver's license is essential.
