Job Opportunity: Food and Beverage Duty Manager
This is an exciting chance to join our team at the Court Yard Hotel in Leixlip, Co.Kildare. As a seasoned professional, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of food and beverage operations.
* The successful candidate will work closely with our management team to oversee staff management, stocktakes, training and development.
* This position requires someone with strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and experience working in busy 3*/4* hotels.
We are seeking an individual who can provide exceptional service to guests/visitors while maintaining high levels of accuracy during shift hours which include weekends/public holidays. Someone who can drive sales initiatives within this position would excel here but it's not required as we encourage applications from anyone interested!,
1. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in similar roles within fast-paced hotels.
2. A strong understanding of food & beverage operations is essential.
3. HACCP certification is desirable though not necessary
