Overview of role:
Acting as the main pount of contact for clients and partners, this role involves managing client relationships and daily administration of Global Capital Markets accounts, handling transactions of varying complexity and risk while ensuring compliance with strategic plans.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor account systems and activities to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
* Client onboarding.
* Review and provide input on legal documents for assigned accounts.
* Coordinate risk monitoring and regulatory compliance with relevant departments.
* Resolve issues related to account control and client service to maintain satisfaction.
* Collaborate with external parties to structure and close GCM transactions.
* Manage account administration tasks, including cash flow execution and reporting.
Requirements for this role:
* 1-year experience in a similar environment.
* Administrator in Aircraft Lessor or Structured Finance Department would be ideal.
* Good communication skills and an interest in taking the first steps into Relationship Management.
Notable:
* Training will be provided.
* 3 days on site in Dublin City Centre (fully onsite for training period)
