Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead our European HR functions from our Dublin office. This role is pivotal in managing and developing four key teams—Recruitment, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and Wellness—across multiple European countries. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for people development in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Strategy
* Lead and mentor the Recruitment, L&D, HR, and Wellness teams across Europe.
* Align HR strategy with business goals and operational needs in the cleaning industry.
* Collaborate with country managers and senior leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development.
* Prepare the business for changes in CLA Employment Law
Recruitment
* Oversee regional recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across operational and support roles.
* Ensure consistent and compliant hiring practices across all European jurisdictions.
* Monitor recruitment KPIs and drive continuous improvement in sourcing and selection.
Learning & Development
* Develop and implement training programs for frontline staff, supervisors, and managers.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning, safety awareness, and career progression.
* Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs to meet operational needs.
HR Operations
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with local labour laws and industry standards.
* Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
* Oversee HR systems, data accuracy, and reporting across regions.
Wellness & Engagement
* Lead wellness initiatives focused on physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
* Drive employee engagement programs and feedback mechanisms.
* Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture across diverse teams.
Qualifications And Skills:
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; CIPD qualification preferred.
* 7+ years of HR experience, including team leadership a must. Multi-country responsibility a bonus.
* Experience in the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of European labour laws and HR compliance.
* Proven track record in recruitment, L&D, and wellness program management.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe.
