Job Title: Training Coordinator



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support for training sessions, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth execution of all training activities.




Job Description:



* To provide logistical support for in-person training sessions, including room setup coordination and technology troubleshooting.

* To coordinate with instructors to ensure seamless session execution.

* To oversee the distribution and flow of training documents across operational areas.

* To maintain accurate records of learner qualification status using huddle boards.

* To partner with third-party support teams to ensure accurate tracking and logging of returned OJTs.



The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Experience coordinating in-person and virtual training sessions is also an advantage. If you possess these qualities, we encourage you to apply!
