Responsibilities
1. Responsible for input, approval & QA checks on Redemption, Subscription, Dividend,mission and Rebate payments against strict currency deadlines
2. Ensure queries are answered in line with department procedures
3. Work queue management andpletion within relevant deadlines
4. Attend and participate in team huddles and team meetings
5. Support team in monitoring mailboxes to ensure all queries arepleted within the service level agreement
6. Support the improvement of quality through procedural reviews and enhancements.
7. Fulfil additional, relevant, tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements
8. Participate in client visit meetings as required
9. Maintain a close working relationship with other areas of TA and external stakeholders
10. Required to play an active role if/when the department undergoes an audit
11. Ensure adherence to all Northern Trust policies, procedures, and controls
12. Adherence to Client SLDs
13. Support and participate in any project related work as required
14. Assist with the onboarding of new partners and act as a buddy/mentor to ensure they integrate into the role with ease. By available for on the job training ECT.
15. Maintains a close working relationship with other TA areas, such as Dealing, Registration, and other internal areas such as the Client Services

Qualifications / Skills / Experience
28. Previous financial services experience is desirable
29. Customer Service experience would be an advantage
30. Ability to review and resolveplex issues working under pressure meeting challenging deadlines

33. Ability to work on own initiative
34. Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills
35. Strong Microsoft Office skills
