Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of preventive, reactive and emergency callout services across a diverse client base.
Leadership Role
* Lead and manage engineering teams including scheduling, resourcing and performance management
* Ensure works meet technical, compliance, safety and quality standards with accurate documentation and service level agreement adherence
Key Skills and Qualifications
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems diagnostics and maintenance best practice is required as well as proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
Commercial awareness and experience with scheduling costing and contract performance are also essential
