Position: Site Manager
Location: East Cork
Our client is a national building company with a strong presence throughout Munster & South East. They are looking for SM to join their team for commercial project in East Cork due to shortly, 2yr program
Reporting to PM you have will have overall site responsibility
Ideally you will have delivered similar projects from greenfield thru to completion
Requirements:
* 3+ years’ Site Management experience.
* Main Contracting background preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
* A proactive, results-driven approach.
