Roadstone Graduate Programme 2026 — Role: Procurement Graduate, Reporting to: Procurement Director, Commencement: September 2026.

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Procurement Graduate to join our team. As a Procurement Graduate, you will support the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost‑effective and timely delivery of goods and services. You will gain hands‑on experience in procurement processes, supply chain management and strategic sourcing.
Graduates will take part in our two‑year graduate development programme, which will guide you through a semi‑structured programme across various areas in our business to develop technical, interpersonal, commercial and management skills.

About The Role
Key Areas of Responsibility
Assist in supplier sourcing, tendering and evaluation processes.
Prepare and manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
Support contract negotiations and maintain compliance with company policies.
Analyse pricing trends, cost‑saving opportunities, supply‑chain risk and market conditions.
Maintain accurate procurement records and assist with various reporting.
Support supply‑chain sustainability initiatives and communication.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet operational requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and supply‑chain.
Candidates Should Possess
Full clean Irish driving licence
Team player with a positive attitude
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related discipline
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
The successful candidate must be a highly motivated, self‑directed individual with a desire for personal, company and group achievement.
