Role: Change Management Consultant
Overview: My client (an award winning, global Medical Device company) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Consultant to provide expertise and support in managing organizational changes.
You will collaborate with internal teams to implement change management strategies.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities of this Org Dev Consultant:
1. Collaborate with internal project teams to understand the main objectives of this change initiative.
2. Assess how this will impact on current employees, systems and processes.
3. Develop a thorough change management plan; this will outline all strategy, timelines and activities.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in developing and implementing change management methodologies and tools.
* Strong background in Organizational Development and Change Management practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal teams at all levels.
* Ability to adapt to different organizational cultures and navigate through diverse stakeholder groups.
* Project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor change initiatives within specified timeframes.
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify and address challenges during change implementation.
Preferred Skills
* Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable but not essential.
* Experience in a consulting or advisory role within a complex organizational structure is preferable but not essential.
