Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Officer, based in Dublin with some flexibility to work from home. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries or concerns, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining communication with clients, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the practice's operations to enhance the patient experience.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Previous experience in medical or healthcare settings is a plus
