This role entails the provision of administrative support for various HR processes and transactions. Responsibilities include data entry, verification of documentation, and case management.
* Ownership of assigned cases is retained until closure with the end user.
* Employees seek guidance on a wide range of HR-related inquiries including policies, procedures, benefits, social legislation, employment terms, and conditions, as well as HR systems and programs.
* Generation of correspondence, forms, and other HR-related documents is an essential function.
* Liaising with employees to explain company policies, benefits, and procedures via multiple channels is crucial.
The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Dutch and English, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office facing customer service or shared service environment, strong communication skills, and flexibility to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
