Piano Teacher
Hours: Thursdays pm (with a potential to build hours until 6.30 pm)
Location: Local primary school settings in Cherrywood
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient Piano to work with primary-age children in Cherrywood. The role involves delivering fun, engaging, and structured lessons in local primary school settings, helping children develop their musical skills, confidence, and love for music.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach piano to primary school children in one-to-one settings.
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to different skill levels.
* Encourage and support students in developing their musical abilities and performance confidence.
* Prepare students for performances, graded exams (where applicable).
* Communicate progress to parents/guardians as needed.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in piano playing.
* Teaching experience, preferably with primary-age children.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to create a fun and supportive learning environment.
* Garda vetting
