The successful candidate will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance, fault finding and commissioning of heating and plumbing systems.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesCarry out both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenanceServicing of plant room equipment such as boilers, pumps, pressure vessels, calorifiers and their relevant controlsEnsuring detailed electronic service work reports are submitted for all works completedAssist with all queries regarding quotations and purchasingEnsure compliance at all times with Health and Safety requirementsInstallation of heating and plumbing systems will also be requiredOvertime may be required to cover out of hours workNote: The successful candidate will receive full technical and co-ordination support from head office teamQualifications and ExperienceFetac Level 6 Craft Plumbing CertificateFormal training /certification in gas - GID/RGI registered5 years post qualified experiencePrevious experience working in a maintenance roleAbility to work under pressure with excellent time management skillsExperience in maintaining and servicing gas boilersClean Driving LicenceComputer LiterateExcellent communication (written and verbal)Team playerCompany transport providedThis role will provide successful applicant the opportunity for career advancement and promotionJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From €56,500.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionFree or subsidised travelOn-site parkingSick payWork Location: In person
