Job Title: Client Co-ordinatorLocation:Clonshaugh (Office-based, 5 days per week)Company:M&E Services CompanyReporting to:Account Manager (this is NOT A SALES role)Role OverviewThe Client Co-ordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of maintenance and service contracts within the M&E business. Acting as the central point of coordination between the Helpdesk, Account Manager, service engineers, subcontractors, and clients, this role ensures smooth operational delivery, effective site access arrangements, and high levels of client satisfaction. While the business operates a customer helpdesk that logs incoming service calls, this role is primarily client-focused, ensuring that planned and reactive works are efficiently coordinated and communicated.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Account SupportAct as a key point of contact for designated clients, building strong and professional working relationshipsSupport the Account Manager with day-to-day coordination of service and maintenance activitiesAssist with contract administration and ensure service delivery aligns with client agreements and SLAsCoordination & SchedulingCoordinate site access for engineers and subcontractors, including permits, inductions, and access arrangementsLiaise with subcontractors to arrange attendance for planned maintenance and remedial worksEnsure all visits are scheduled, confirmed, and communicated effectively to all partiesHelpdesk & Internal LiaisonWork closely with the Helpdesk team to progress logged service callsMonitor job statuses to ensure timely completion and escalation where necessaryProvide updates to clients and the Account Manager regarding progress, delays, or issuesDocumentation & AdministrationEnsure all service documentation, reports, and compliance records are received and filed correctlyAssist with preparation of reports for clients and internal stakeholdersHealth, Safety & ComplianceEnsure subcontractors and engineers meet required compliance and site requirementsSupport the coordination of RAMS, permits, and site documentation as requiredSkills & ExperienceEssential:Previous experience in a coordination, administration, or client support role (ideally within M&E, facilities management, construction, or engineering)Strong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to liaise confidently with clients, engineers, and subcontractorsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Desirable:Knowledge of M&E or facilities maintenance environmentsExperience supporting Account Managers or contract teams
