Job Opportunity: Senior Occupational Therapist

* Deliver high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy to adults in acute mental health crisis and those preparing for discharge, supporting independence, wellbeing, and meaningful participation in life.
* Support clients in preparation for discharge and reintegration into the community.
* Facilitate individual and group-based interventions with a strong focus on meaningful occupation and recovery.
* Contribute to the development of two new therapy suites, with opportunities to shape service environment design.
* For Senior OTs: take an active role in policy development, service redesign, and clinical governance initiatives.
* Work as part of a committed multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatry, nursing, psychology, and social work colleagues.
* Participate in clinical audit, service evaluation, and best practice initiatives.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent qualification recognized by relevant authorities)
* Relevant registration and certification (essential)
* A genuine interest in adult mental health care and recovery-focused practice.
* Excellent clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
* A collaborative, person-centered approach to intervention and care planning.
* Proven ability to engage in service development, policy, or leadership.
