The Successful Candidate:

* Experience in a receptionist/accounts administrator environment.
* A professional manner and appearance.
* The ability to multi-task and use your own initiative.
Duties:
* Meeting and greeting customers.
* Answering the telephone.
* Keeping a log of all customer enquiries.
* Processing of purchase and sales invoices.
* Checking monthly statements.
* Bank duties to include recording daily transactions and bank reconciliations.
* Reconciliations of nominal ledger accounts.
