* Is Garda Vetted (or willing to undergo vetting).

Main Responsibilities:
* Schedule meetings and take concise, professional minutes for safeguarding meetings.
* Compile reports and summaries based on meeting notes and data collected.
* Participate in safeguarding processes, including screenings, communications, and reports.
* Maintain safeguarding data securely and help manage the SharePoint database.
* Generate monthly risk-based reports on accidents and incidents.
* Support a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and high professional standards.
* Liaise professionally with senior management, HR, compliance, and HSE personnel.
