As Project Manager, you will have full ownership of project delivery, ensuring each project is executed with discipline, clarity, and strong stakeholder alignment across multiple departments.
You will be accountable for quality, schedule, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction from post-handover through to commissioning and final client handover.
You will work at the heart of the organisation, coordinating cross-functional teams and site operations to ensure our customers receive a best-in-class product and service at every stage of the journey.
Key responsibilities Take full responsibility for project delivery across the complete lifecycle, from post-sales handover through commissioning and client close-out Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including Design, Manufacturing, Production, Procurement, QA/QC, Mission Critical and Site teams Own and manage project budgets, with full accountability for gross margin attainment Develop and maintain robust pricing models, clearly defining project scope, inclusions/exclusions, timelines, risks, and cost boundaries Partner closely with Client Account Management during pre-sales to support accurate project costing and execution planning Develop and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, task sequencing, dependencies, and target vs actual delivery dates Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to continuously improve project execution methods, driving efficiency, quality, and consistency Support the implementation and integration of Autodesk Construction Cloud and other digital project delivery tools, contributing to process improvement and standardisation Maintain daily engagement with site teams, ensuring visibility of project status, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies Ensure safe delivery of all projects, setting clear expectations around safety culture, risk management, reporting, and training in partnership with H
