About the Role The Senior Nurse will work alongside the Clinical Nurse Manager to ensure a consistently high standard of care. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to resident-focused care. The Senior Nurse will act as Nurse in Charge when needed and will coordinate care and activities for residents. Ensuring quality of care in compliance with HIQA regulations is essential. The role also involves mentoring and developing junior nursing staff.
