Quality Engineer
Our organization is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to drive improvement and ensure customer satisfaction. In this key role, you will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and improving all related customer processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Complaints and Improvement Processes: Management of closed loop customer complaints and improvement processes.
* Quality Metrics System: Generation and Review of Quality Metrics System.
* Technical Files: Overall responsibility for DMR/DHR and Technical Files.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Data collection, analyzing, and reporting.
* Trend Analysis: Pareto and trend analysis.
* Continuous Improvement: Initiate and drive Continuous Improvement programs.
* NPI Approval: NPI Approval including First Article Inspections and Reporting.
* CAPA and RMA Analysis: CAPA, NCM, and RMA analysis and Improvement.
* QSR Validation: QSR Validation protocols and report (IQ, OQ & PQ).
* Conformance and Effectiveness: Conducting Audits to ensure conformance and effectiveness of the Quality System.
Requirements:
* Education: NFQ Level 7 Degree/ Diploma in Science or Engineering, or a lesser qualification with sufficient job-related experience.
* Quality Assurance Experience: At least 2-3 years Quality Assurance / Regulatory affairs experience.
* Industry Experience: In a similar Quality Engineering role in the electronics manufacturing industry.
* Professional Certifications: Six sigma Green or Black Belt Certified Experience in New Product Introduction Processes.
