The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a similar role, with strong organisational skills and the ability to structure their workload efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the front service counter, ensuring seamless customer interactions from check-in to vehicle return.
* Offer excellent customer service, resolving issues and providing detailed parts quotations.
* Maintain accurate records, including stock management and warranty claims processing.
* Supervise aftersales administration, including invoicing and collecting payments.
The successful candidate will possess a full and clean driving licence and be able to negotiate salary based on experience.
