Job Title: MEP Estimator
Description
We are seeking an experienced MEP Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our pre-construction department, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing MEP estimates from drawings and specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Building Services, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* At least 5 years of experience in an estimation role
* Experience working with a Tier 1 Contractor would be beneficial
* Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial
