As an engineering-focused organization, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team. This position will be based on-site in Dublin, Ireland.Responsibilities·Document Management:Organize, classify, and maintain project documentation to ensure easy access and retrieval.·Version Control:Ensure all documents are properly versioned, tracked, and updated to reflect the most current information.·Compliance and Standards:Ensure that all documentation adheres to company standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations.·Collaboration:Work closely with project teams, engineers, and managers to ensure that all required documents are available and up to date.·Document Distribution and Archiving:Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders and ensure proper archiving for future reference and audits.Requirements·4+ years experience in construction industry·Experience of knowledge sharing applications is advantageous·High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits€40,000-€50,000 per annum + Package
