As part of a significant investment programme to modernise and digitise our supply chain across Grocery and Textiles, we are appointing a Head of Supply Planning and Store Fulfilment to lead how product moves from global source to store and customer.
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, this is a senior leadership role with full accountability for operational execution across our end to end fulfilment network.
The Role
You will own the delivery of demand fulfilment across Grocery and Textiles, ensuring the right product flows through the business at the right time, at the right cost, and at the right service level.
Ocean freight and global inbound logistics
Inbound supply planning and container flow management
3PL performance and carrier management
Central warehousing and distribution
Store delivery scheduling and reverse logistics
Ecommerce fulfilment and returns
You will lead a cross functional team and work closely with Heads of Demand Management, Buying, Store Operations, Finance and Supply Chain Transformation to ensure commercial plans translate into operational delivery.

What You Will Be Accountable For
Designing and executing the supply planning and fulfilment strategy
Improving availability, service levels and cost performance across the network
Strengthening 3PL governance, KPIs and contractual performance
Optimising ocean freight, carrier performance and container utilisation
Translating promotional and seasonal sales plans into executable supply strategies
Driving digital enablement across WMS, TMS and fulfilment visibility
Supporting sustainability and compliance commitments across logistics and transport
What We Are Looking For
15 plus years’ experience in supply chain, logistics or fulfilment leadership within retail or FMCG
Direct ownership of ocean freight, 3PL partners and distribution networks
Experience operating in high volume, multi SKU environments with seasonal complexity
A track record of improving availability, service and cost
Experience leading operational transformation within fulfilment or logistics
The presence and credibility to operate at executive level
