Project Readiness Lead
A leadership role responsible for organizing and controlling all project readiness activities to ensure successful project delivery.
* Lead and manage project readiness deliverables for medium to large projects involving new or existing equipment.
* Coordinate the cross-functional team and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
* Develop and track project plans, resource allocation, and readiness milestones.
* Identify and mitigate risks to ensure uninterrupted project progress.
* Prepare and present options to management as required.
* Apply technical writing skills to generate accurate documentation and reports.
