About Your New Job:
This client is seeking an Architectural Technologist with 3-5 years of experience across Ireland to join their team and work on Large Scale Residential, Retail & Commercial projects. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications.
* Assist in the preparation and coordination of construction documentation.
* Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and standards.
* Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and quality control.
* Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve design and technical challenges.
* Utilize advanced design software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools, to deliver precise and accurate technical drawings.
What Skills You Need
* Degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
* Must have +3 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, strong graphic skills, and Revit if possible, along with other industry-standard design software.
* Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and planning requirements.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
