We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the financial administration of the business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in bookkeeping or financial administration, with a strong understanding of payroll, VAT returns, and accounts payable processes. They will be proficient in accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel) and have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing and managing weekly/monthly payroll for staff
* Preparing and submitting VAT returns in line with revenue requirements
* Managing creditors' accounts, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and timely payments
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Supporting management with financial reporting and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial administration
* Strong knowledge of payroll, VAT returns, and accounts payable processes
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel)
