We are now seeking an experienced and passionate Manager to join our Clane branch and lead our dedicated team of early years educators.
About the Role
As Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the centre, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and curriculum delivery. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
You will work closely with the senior management team to:
* Oversee staff planning, mentoring, and daily operations.
* Ensure compliance with Tusla, DES, and Core Funding requirements.
* Support and implement our Reggio Emilia–inspired, play-based curriculum.
* Promote inclusive practice and support for children with additional needs.
* Maintain strong partnerships with parents and the wider community.
* Lead by example with a child-centred, reflective, and professional approach.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial or deputy manager role within an early years setting.
Level 8 DCYA-recognised qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent).
Excellent understanding of Aistear, Síolta, and Tusla Early Years Regulations.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.
Strong knowledge of heuristic play, loose parts play, and emergent curriculum approaches.
